The dates are set for AEROPEX 2009 at Beijing (China): November 12 – 16, 2009. AEROPEX is a philatelic show focussing on airmail stamps and airmail transportation.
The organisation committee is still waiting for final appovement by a government department, so at the moment AEROPEX 2009 is still pending! But we all are optimistic and looking forward for Beijing and AEROPEX 2009.
The ZEPPELIN STUDY GROUP (http://www.ezep.de/zsg/zsg.html) announced two more meetings for 2010: Meetings are planned for the PIPEX stamp show at Spokane, WA (USA) as well as for the NAPEX stamp show at Washington DC (USA). Both stamp shows take place June 2-4, 2010.

Fiorenzo Longhi reported on page 22 of the Spring08 issue of the ZEPPELIN POST JOURNAL about the lowest known Greek registration number for zeppelin mail on the 1933 LZ-127 Graf Zeppelin Rome Flight, which is 7025.
The latest Heinrich Köhler auction (Wiesbaden, Tuesday September 15, 2009, 2 p.m.) presents with lot 1959 an even lower number: 7013.

David Lu won with his Chinese zeppelin and airmail exhibit a Large Gold medal and a Special Award at Philakorea 2009. David was also a candidate for the Grand Prix International.
